The ASUS P8P67-M is a small form factor motherboard or mATX. There isn’t going to be much performance difference as they use the same chipset, but the ASUS P8P67 LE has room for more expansion. The question for you to decide is, do you want to use a smaller case? Or do you want more expansion? Personally, I’d go for the ASUS P8P67 LE, unless space is a huge concern of yours.

The main difference is the form factor. The m is a uATX Motherboard while the LE is a regular ATX motherboard. ATX is more common however uATX seemed smaller. if you want to see more differences go to:
    http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8P67_LE/
    http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8P67M/
and click compare under each of the descriptions. Then a bar will drop down and click compare now and it will list the specs side by side.

+1 on greg’s suggestion of going to asus and using the compare. it seems the LE does have more expansion capabilities. however doing a google for reviews on each board show that neither really had any stunning features :P
