Browse: Home / Uncategorized / Is it okay if garbanzo beans ferment during the soaking process if I’m cooking them after?
By admin on August 31, 2011
I soaked dry garbanzo beans for 2-3 days and they have this odor. I’m just finishing cooking them on the stove for 2 hours. They are going in a pasta dish later which involves more cooking. Are they going to be okay to eat?
Not sprouting. Just a little funky smelling.
