    It is depend many things for examples what kinds of fruits and vegetables you eat, what kinds of exercise you do, what kinds of drinks you consume, and others, but I am sure if you make the right diet plan with the right foods and exercises you will lose your weight soon

    It’s really not healthy to do that. You have to get all the other kinds of food as well like protein and carbohydrate ( you still need it though it’s not good to have too much ) Fruits and veggies do not give you B12 ( which gives you in meat ) and you should definitely eat a variety of food. Just cut down on bread/meat/junk. Rice as well ( though you probably don’t eat much rice ) it’s best to have like brown rice if you do and wholemeal bread as well. Exercising is also very good so it’s good that you’re doing that. It’s really not good in doing that. I would not recommend it at all. But of course yes eating fruits and veggies are good but not on it’s own like that for a month. Please don’t hurt yourself trying to do this it’s really not good for you.

    Eating fruits and veggies is actually VERY healthy! But you need a source of protein mixed in so you’re getting all of your nutrition.

    You can get protein from lean meats like chicken and fish. Avoid red meats because they are very fatty. If you are a veggie, then you can get protein from tofu and spinach (although you’d have to eat quite a bit of it).
