Be confident, it sounds like you got the job but they are going through the proper motions anyway.

    Good for you!

Handle it just like the first two. Obviously, the more times they call you back, the closer you are to having the job. Quite likely, they’ll offer you the job on this interview. BUT, don’t go in there with over confidence. They’ll smell it and it could kill the deal.

The 3rd interview is usually a good sign they will hire you. If you have made it that far keep doing what you have been doing in the interviews and make sure to look and act professional. Good Luck!

If you are on your 3rd interview, the chances of you being hired are excellent.

In my experience as a Hiring Manager, when I’m hiring for an opening, my first round of interviews is with, say, 6 – 8 candidates. These are the candidates that are the best of the resumes submitted. For the 2nd round of interviews, I’ve usually narrowed it down to three. By the time I get to the 3rd round of interviews, I’ve usually narrowed it down to one and the 3rd round is to validate that I think that candidate is the right person for the job.

Sometimes I’ll have narrowed it down to the best two candidates for the job by the 3rd round, but more often the 3rd round is for the remaining best candidate.

Bottom line: If your going for a third interview, you will very likely be offered the job.

    Good luck!
