I have the fat storage areas like a man. I’m so depressed because of it, too. Right now, I’m 5’7 and I weigh 210 lbs. I lost weight last year and got down to 160, but now I gained even more back. I think I overworked myself. Any tips would be more than appreciated, I don’t want to be in my body anymore.

don’t eat after 6pm at night and you should lose the weight.
i think you should have an active lifestyle. walk, run, jog, eat, live, laugh, dont stress too much. do you think you are malnourished? have you seen the infomercials that help malnourished kids in poor countries? well you may have a belly because you aren’t eating right. this is just a suggestion not a fact. set a life long work out plan and stick to it. i have a friend just like you and she did the same and you would never guess she was over weight. i wish you luck!

i am NOT joking. swim laps at least 3 times a week. try to do 10 laps each on 1 min. 45. sec, then slowly decrease your time each week.
Try different strokes, join a summer team if you can.
And everytime you feel you’re overeating, but you can’t stop, think about how happy you’ll be when you have lost so much weight
well its can b from stress or lake of exersize. u could eat nothin but fruit like i did. i’m 14 and i used to weigh 180. i lost so much weight. grapes, apples, banana, and a salad helped me loss weight. hope it dose 4 ya.
