My cousin is around the same weight as you and I would say that you should run 30-45 minutes a day. You should start eating fruits and vegetables and 5-7 smaller meals. I do not know how much weight you should lose because I do not know your exact height.

You should cut out all the junk food. Start eating fresh fruits and vegetables. Cut down on carbs and eat less meat. You should exercise about 30 mins. a day. Depending on your height if your tall than 10-15 lbs you should lose but if your short like 5’7 than about 20-25lbs.
why would you want to loose weight? you need to gain a big beer belly!
