I am extremely shy and always worry that I will do or say something stupid or embarrassing and that people are judging me. Even when I text or e-mail people, I rewrite it over and over because I am scared it will sound dumb and if they don’t answer back I feel bad like I must have said something wrong. I am terrible at conversations and never know what to say to people even around my own friends and family. I constantly feel like I need other people’s approval and I don’t know how to stop.
