How much does a vet checkup cost for a Chihuahua?

I have a 2 year old Chihuahua, she’s been getting a lot of these bumps that are like making her itch like crazy, so we’ve decided to take her to the vet. We’ve never had pet insurance before. But if we can afford this financial change, can you please tell me how much is a vet checkup is? Maybe tell me where? Because I live in Huntington Beach, California, anywhere near that place is totally fine with me…

    Call first and ask what the costs of a general visit is. Where I live, a basic office visit is $60 plus meds. An emergency room visit is $90 and up. Just call first and find out which vet or animal hospital is best. Worst case, that her to animal control, they have a vet too.

    You should call your council people and tell them you oppose mandatory spay neuter and microchip.

    I live a little close to you and it cost me about $60 for a basic checkup.
